Petersen’s Carpet & Flooring takes pride in our work and so do our installers. Our installers are craftsmen who take their job very seriously and want your floor to look as beautiful as you do. Many other flooring retailers have a long list of sub-contractors that they call on to install for them, often without the knowledge of their experience and qualifications. Our installation team works for us every day; we know and trust them to do great work and to be respectful in the homes of our customers. We ensure that our installers go over and above during every installation to create a finished product that is both beautiful and lasting. Every single carpet installation we do is power stretched to minimize the need for restretches in the future due to buckling.
We stand behind the work we do and encourage all of our customers to contact us if they ever have a concern about their installation, whether during the process or after. We take these concerns seriously and promise to always address them promptly!
